With 38 acres of land, our cemetery offers a variety of choices for burial location and marker styles.
Established in 1878. Historic markers are found in German in the oldest sections of the cemetery. Monuments and markers can be found in all sizes and many older ones are very grand and marked entire families. Established sections allow single & family groups of 2, 4, or 6 grave lots.
The Chapel was build in 1938. The exterior is of Lannon stone and trimmed with Indiana stone and a slate roof. The inside has plastered walls, terrazzo floor and wood beams along the ceiling. There are no pews or searing on the inside and it is somewhat designed to mimic a grave-side setting. There is an altar and statuary at one end and a stained glass window at the other. The crucifixion statues center the historic portion of the cemetery and the fountain and archway are also historic centerpieces as well.
Established (near 1957)? Also known as Our Lady of Fatima Section. This section is devoted to two-grave lots which have uniform looking double-makers. Size and shape of the markers are the same, however, different colors of granite and font styles are available to choose from. This is a wonderful place to be buried with a companion and share a marker together. Companion lots available.
A Guardian Angel statue holding an infant and comforting a child mark this section of our cemetery. Graves can be marked with a small headstone and vases are permitted. Burial for infants and children under 2 are at no cost. There are 2 other historic infant & child sections of the cemetery as well.
